The creation of this Summative was a multistep process. the first step was pre-production, this involved getting the recipe( which was done by the cooking students), and then analysing the recipe to understand how the food would be created, and what shots, angles, and camera movements would be appropriate during the cooking process. The second step was production, this is when the stir fry was created, and the filming took place. The third step is post-production, I used the program Adobe premiere elements 11 to edit. The first step in post production was to filter through the raw video, to remove the useless footage. Then i clipped the video, I sped up or slowed down some footage,added transitions, and added on screen text. I also added some text pages, did voice overs, and added music. I amplified the voice over audio, and decreased the volume of the music. Finally i saved it as a flash video and uploaded it.
